U.S. guidelines advise adults to get at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week, and brisk walking counts. If you’re far from that, start where you are. A goal you hit most days beats a big one you miss.
Use a water goal that suits you. If you have a heart or kidney condition, or take a GLP-1 medicine, ask your doctor what your number should be.
The Walk & Water app counts your steps from Apple Health or Health Connect and logs water with one tap, on a team of two to four. Your first two 3-day rounds are free. Paper and the app work well together.
Join a team of 2–4, walk & drink your water Tuesday to Thursday, and see the winners Friday.

The 3-Day Walk & Water Challenge
Two to four of you on one team: a friend’s, your own, or one you join in the app. Your team gets a name, a crest & a spot on the live leaderboard.
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. A step goal & a water goal sized to where you are today. The board updates as you walk & closes Thursday at midnight, Arizona time.
Friday morning the results go up. The winning team’s card glows gold, badges land beside names on the board, and a new round starts Tuesday.
A team’s score is its average per woman, not its total. So two friends can beat a team of four, and every walker’s day counts the same. When one of you goes quiet, the others notice & send a nudge in team chat.

Keep the tracker somewhere you’ll see it.
Start from the steps you walk now, not a big number. A coaching suggestion: add about 500 daily steps after a week that felt manageable. This is not a medical guideline.
Tie it to something you already do, like brushing your teeth at night.
Send a photo to a friend each week, or use the team sheet with two to four people.
Yes. All three PDFs are free to download and print, with no email needed.

Yes, everyone can print their own. For a small team, the team 3-day tracker keeps two to four walkers on one page.
Fill in one circle per glass. Write your own daily water goal at the top.

I’m Josh. I built Get Your BMR so you could see what your body burns at rest, & I built Walk & Water so you’d have somewhere to use it with people who notice when you show up.
I walk every round too: same board, same three days, on my own team. I don’t always win. Tap Chat with Coach in the app & it’s me who answers.
