1. Information We Collect
When you book a free consultation through this site, we collect your name, phone number, and the goal you share with us. This information is used solely to facilitate your coaching call.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to schedule and conduct your free BMR consultation call. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and apart from the advertising measurement described in section 6, we do not share it — including your mobile phone number — with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
By booking a call through this site, you acknowledge that your information is shared with the coach (BodyByReason LLC) to facilitate your appointment. BodyByReason LLC may send you appointment-related text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or used for marketing without your explicit consent. To opt out of SMS communications, reply STOP to any message.
4. Data Security
We store your data securely using industry-standard practices. We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services.
5. Website Analytics
We use a first-party analytics cookie with a random browser identifier to count visits and understand which pages lead to app-store taps. On getyourbmr.com, we also use Microsoft Clarity to understand interactions through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and reconstructed session playback. Clarity may use cookies and related tracking technologies; sensitive form inputs are masked by default. We use these insights to improve the quiz and customer experience, not to sell personal information. Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
6. Advertising Measurement (Meta)
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure which Facebook and Instagram ads lead people to our quiz and app. When you use the quiz, Meta may receive your browser and device information, IP address, and the pages you view. If you later create a Walk & Water app account with the same email address you gave the quiz, we tell Meta that an account was created and include your email address and first name in a hashed (scrambled) form, so that Meta can match it to the ad you saw. We never send your quiz answers, weight, or health information. We keep the browser details used for this for 30 days. You can control how Meta uses this information in your Facebook ad preferences, or email us to ask that we stop.
